How to Setup Channel?

In this section, user can create new Channel. Channel is the source from where you received the project (e.g. Inhouse project, oDesk, Elance, B2B, B2C etc). This helps to keep a track of the projects coming from which source. To create a new channel follow the below given steps.

1. Go to Full Menu > Configuration > Company Setup > Channel
2. Click the 'Add' icon.
3. Fill in the required information.

4. Click ‘Save’ to create it.

To edit: Click on the Channel in listing and make the required changes.
To delete: 'Tick' mark the Status in Channel and remove it by clicking on 'Delete' icon.
To enable and disable Channel: In 'status' column, click on the 'Cross' icon to enable or 'Check' icon to disable the Channel.
To search the Channel: Type the name of the Channel in the search bar and click on 'Search' icon.
