In this section user can reopen the closed ticket. The closed ticket can only be opened if it hasn’t crossed it locking duration. To reopen the closed ticket follow the below given steps.

1. Go to Full Menu > Ticketing
2. On ticket listing screen, click on the closed ticket that you want to reopen.
3. Select the status of the ticket ‘reopen’ and click on update.
4. The closed ticket would be reopened.
5. You can only reopen a closed ticket if it has not crossed its locking duration.
