Communication Mode Type

In this section, user can create communication mode type. It is helpful in assemble the clients through their mode of contact. To create a new communication mode type, follow the below given steps.

1. Go to Full Menu > CRM > Communication
2. Click the Add icon .



3. Enter the details and click ‘Save’ to create new Communication mode type.
4. To enable and disable Communication mode type: Click on the Cross Icon to enable or Check to disable.
