Talygen provides access to services subject to the following Terms and Conditions. In order to better serve you, TALYGEN ASKS THAT YOU READ THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS VERY CAREFULLY. Please further note by utilizing, accessing or further paying for our services, you hereby accept all of the terms and conditions of this agreement. Talygen is committed to the highest standards of business ethics and corporate obligation to our clients. We seek to establish and maintain superior principles with exceptional services in with all clients.
Talygen's 7 day free trial includes only licenses of modules that you have selected for a free trial or a subscription. Plan automatically renews after trial until cancelled.
Payment will be deducted after free trial, based on the price of selected license(s)/add-on(s) at the time of starting the free trial.
No restrictions in functionality apply during the trial.
Plan automatically renews until Cancelled/Deactivated. Cancellation can be done from the account or by sending a cancellation request on email before the trial ends.
No refunds will be provided, if the user does not deactivate the account before the trial period ends.
The Service is billed on a monthly and annual basis. The amount billed, depending on the plan selected by the Customer is non-refundable. There will be no refunds or credits for partial months of service.

User can opt for other package trials in between the trial period from the manage subscription page of the account.
Talygen reserves the right to change the subscription fee from time to time.
In case of non-payment for any reason or any violation of these terms, Talygen shall be entitled – without liability – to immediately bar Customer's access to the Service.
Talygen is a web-based time tracking service. The services, information or data (collectively, "Information") made available by the Talygen Website are provided "AS IS", without warranties of any kind. Talygen shall have absolutely no liability in connection with the services including without limitation, any liability for damage to your computer hardware, data, information, Materials and business resulting from the Information or the lack of information available on the Talygen Website. Talygen shall have no liability for:
Any loss or injury caused, in whole or in part, by its actions, omissions, or negligence, or for contingencies beyond its control, in procuring, compiling, or delivering the Information;
Any errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in the Information regardless of how caused, or delays or interruptions in delivery of the Information; or
Any decision made or action taken or not taken in reliance upon the Information furnished hereunder.
Talygen makes no warranty, representation or guaranty as to the content, sequence, accuracy, timeliness or completeness of the Information or that the Information may be relied upon for any reason. Talygen makes no warranty, representation or guaranty that the Information will be uninterrupted or error free or that any defects can be corrected.
You must provide your full legal name, a valid email address and any other required information to complete the sign-up process. One company or individual may not maintain more than one free account.
TALYGEN requires that a valid credit card must be utilized to use TALYGEN''s services. The service is billed in advanced on a monthly basis and is non-refundable. There will be no refunds or credits for partial months of service, upgrading/downgrading accounts, or for months unused with an open account. All fees are exclusive of all taxes or duties imposed by governing authorities. You alone are responsible for payment of all such taxes or duties. In case of an upgrade or downgrade of your account, your credit card will be charged with the new rate without payment of the upgrade.
TALYGEN reserves the right to change Services fees upon 30 days’ notice from our company.
You will indemnify and hold Talygen and its affiliates, agents and employees harmless from and against any and all loss, liability, and expense (including reasonable attorney’s fees) suffered or incurred by reason of any claims, proceedings or suits based on or arising out of the use of the Service.
You are solely responsible for the proper cancellation of your account. You can cancel your account at any time by clicking on the Cancel Account button in your company settings page. Any other way of communicating cancellations will not be considered. There will be no refunds if you cancel the service before the end of your current, paid up month, and you will not be charged thereafter. There is no cancellation fee. Cancellation is immediate and all of your content will be immediately deleted from our records.
The Terms of Service constitutes the entire agreement between you and Talygen. Further, Talygen governs your use of the Service at any time.
