In this section, the HOD (Head of The Department) is created. This is helpful in assigning tickets raised for particular department. Only HOD can further assign ticket to the particular user for resolution. To create a HOD, follow the below given steps.

1. Go to Full Menu > Ticketing > Create HOD
2. Click on particular user > Configurations > Manage Ticketing
3. Select YES to set the user as HOD.
4. Click on Save Settings.
5. Click on Save, to set the user as HOD.
