Manage Category

In this section, new category can be created for the articles. Category is a group under which a particular kind of article would be created. To create a new category, follow the below given steps.

1. Go to Full Menu > Knowledge Base > Manage Category.
2. Click the ADD icon.
3. Fill in the required information.

3. Click 'Save' to create a new Category, otherwise click 'Cancel'.

To delete category: Click on Checkbox of the Category in listing and remove it by clicking on Delete icon..
