How to create approval rules?

In this section, approval rules are created for time, expense and leave. Approval Rules helps in better supervision and management. To create rule follow the below given steps.

1. Go to full menu > Approval.
2. On approval screen, click on add new rule icon.



3. Enter the rule name and description.
4. Select the leave module and check mark ‘limited duration’ if the rule is for limited time, enter the date if the rule is for limited duration.
5. Select the Department/project, users and approval chain.
6. Then check mark ‘use sequence’ if approval has to be in sequence from approvers.
7. Select the status.



8. Click on save to create the approval rule.
