How to assign article to user?

In this section you can assign articles to the users. The articles are created for the knowledge base. To assign an article to the user, follow the below given steps.

1. Go to Full Menu > Knowledge Base > My articles
2. Click on ‘Add’ button.

3. Enter the title of the article.
4. Select the category and assign to (user).
5. Select the status.

6. Enter the short description and description.
7. Click on ‘Save’ button, to assign the article to user.
