In this section, the user can assign users to the ticket to resolve the ticket or if the user is HOD. To sign the user, follow the below given steps.

1. Go to Full Menu > Ticketing > Assign user
2. Search the user in the search bar.
3. Click on the User Name
4. Go to Configuration > Manage Ticketing
5. Set ‘YES’ if the User can resolve tickets, otherwise set ‘NO’.
6. Click on Save Settings.
7. Click “Save” to assign the user.
