How to Setup Contact type?

In this section, user can learn how to setup contact type. A contact type is a particular mode of contact for an assortment of customers/clients for example Facebook, Gmail etc. To set up contact type follow the below given steps.

1. Go to Full Menu > Configuration > Company Setup > Contact type
2. Click the 'Add' icon.
3. Fill in the required information.

4. Click ‘Save’ to create it.

To edit: Click on the Contact type in listing and make the required changes.
To delete: 'Tick' mark the Status in Contact type and remove it by clicking on 'Delete' icon.
To enable and disable Contact type: In 'status' column, click on the 'Cross' icon to enable or 'Check' icon to disable the Contact type.
To search the Contact type: Type the name of the Contact type in the search bar and click on 'Search' icon.
