In this section learn how to transfer a ticket. The ticket can be transferred to another department and user. To transfer the ticket, follow the below given steps.

1. Go to Full Menu > Ticketing
2. In the listing, click on the specific ticket
3. Click the transfer tab.
4. Select the ‘Assign to’ user and enter the description.
5. Click on Submit button to transfer the ticket.
To close the transferred ticket, follow the steps given below.
1. At the dashboard (in the inbox listing), click on the Ticket transferred notification.
2. Click on ‘Reply’ tab.
3. Enter the Email ID in CC field.
4. Enter the description and Click on Submit Reply.
5. To close the ticket, select the status ‘Closed’ and click on ‘Update’ button.
